What does a day in your life at RADICA look like?
I work as a QA engineer at RADICA, where my responsibilities include ensuring the quality of the company’s products and services. This involves testing our leading product, RI+. I need to identify bugs and issues, and collaborate with developers and other team members to resolve them.
Why would you choose to stay in RADICA from an Intern to Full time employee?
Having supportive teammates is one of the reasons that keeps me here. I did not have much working experience before joining RADICA. Luckily, I have my great colleagues here have been willing to mentor and guide me in expanding my knowledge about our products and the business knowledge behind. With their generous assistance, I was able to quickly pick up the skills for my work.
How is it like to work in RADICA?
RADICA offers flexible work arrangement and prioritizes work-life balance. The HR team will organize team-building events and happy hours from time to time to promote a positive work atmosphere. Also, I enjoy the working environment here, particularly because our office is located by the seaside. We often take a short walk along the promenade after lunch to get a breath of fresh air.
