What does a day in your life at RADICA look like?
As a UX designer, my role involves creation of positive users experience that can drive better engagement, conversions, and customer loyalty. This may include designing and building websites and funnels to increase subscribers and leads. Additionally, I am responsible for optimizing user interfaces, developing wireframes and prototypes, conducting user research and testing, as well as collaborating with other team members to ensure the experience aligns with the needs of the users.
What is the most challenging part of your work?
The most difficult aspect of my job is staying up-to-date with the latest trends and managing the expectations of stakeholders. Therefore, it is crucial for me to possess traits such as continuous learning and create curiosity to ask questions.
What is the most rewarding thing about your work and What you’ve learnt in RADICA?
I am glad to receive positive feedback from my manager and colleagues, and it is satisfying to see our customers express appreciation for our campaigns, products and services that we offered.
What is your biggest achievement in RADICA?
At RADICA, I have had the opportunity to apply my knowledge to various projects that have not only helped me to develop my skills but also improved my ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Each project has been a valuable learning experience to me.
