What does a day in your life at RADICA look like?
As an account executive at RADICA, my main task is to prepare campaigns for clients, including EDM, SMS, and WhatsApp. Additionally, I am responsible for preparing monthly reports for different accounts. A day in my life at RADICA involves communicating with clients, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring that all campaign deliverables are met on time.
What is the most challenging part of your work?
The most challenging part of my work is managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that each project meets the client’s expectations. This requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
What is the most rewarding thing about your work and what you’ve learnt in RADICA?
The most rewarding thing about my work is seeing the impact that our campaigns have on our clients’ businesses. It is fulfilling to know that we are helping our clients to achieve their marketing goals and to see the positive feedback that we receive from them. I have also learned a lot about digital marketing and campaign management during my time at RADICA, which has been incredibly valuable for my professional development.
