What does a day in your life at RADICA look like?
Technical Project Manager. My responsibilities can range from planning and organizing projects, to overseeing teams and ensuring project goals are met, as well as the pre-sales task.
What is the most challenging part of your work?
Managing conflicts is the most challenging. Conflicts will arise during a project, whether it’s between team members or stakeholders. I need to manage conflicts effectively and find solutions that are acceptable to all parties involved.
What is the most rewarding thing about your work?
Seeing the project come to fruition and building strong relationships with team members and stakeholders is rewarding.
What is your biggest achievement in RADICA?
Delivering successful and innovative projects and receiving recognition and awards.
